One of my absolute favorite shows is Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Host Guy Fieri visits iconic “greasy spoon” joints — diners, drive-ins, and dives — that have been serving up deliciousness for decades across the country.
Now, you don’t usually think of gluten-free options when it comes to this kind of food. But after being diagnosed with a gluten intolerance as an adult, I’ve been on a quest to find gluten-free comfort food.

Guy Fieri is such a funny guy and really highlights the places he goes. And he’s been to a lot of places – 534 episodes worth, to be exact. His infectious enthusiasm and genuine love for good food and quirky eateries make each episode a joy to watch.
You can almost taste the sizzling burgers, crispy fries, and decadent desserts through the screen.
Inspired by Guy’s adventures, as we travel the country, we’ll be documenting our experiences, sharing stories, and of course, giving you the lowdown on the best gluten-free options we find. This is an ever-evolving adventure, so be sure to subscribe for updates. Click on the state below to dive into our journey. We have listed every place, even if we haven’t made it there yet. Have a comment or suggestion? Let us know! I’d love to hear your favorite meals and any tips you might have for our travels.
Just a quick note: We’re not affiliated with Food Network or Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. But if Guy ever wants to give us a call, we’d love to hang out!
